Have a Vision
Work, Work, Work. There is always more to do. Do you have a clearly defined vision for what the heck you are working so hard for?
I admit that when I first heard about vision boards and having affirmations I thought it was hokey. Like how could me saying something I believed would happen manifest itself? But – I am proof that it can happen.
Eighteen (18) short months after creating my first vision board I had accomplished all of my dreams. That included moving, taking a dream vacation and starting my own business. If I can do this, then so can you. Grab your FREE vision worksheet to get started today.
Goals – What goals?

Do you know what your yearly goals were? When was the last time you looked at them? Make sure you are reviewing and adjusting your overall goals on a regular basis.
Sometimes the plan needs to change and not the goal itself. Once in a while, a new pivot happens and the goals need to be adjusted. Finish the year strong by using SMART goals so you can track and keep yourself accountable.

Use a Planner
To-do list, planner, tracking system, post-it notes, or good old pen & paper – I really don’t care what you call your tracking process. But you need a plan. Put it down on in a way that you can be organized so you don’t lose track of your items.
NO matter what system you use (because using one that works is really the most important), you need to be dedicated to it. I use Trello for so many things, but paper planners, google calendars, all those types of systems work too. USE what works!
Priorities are Important

Do you know what priorities you have actually determined to be the most important? I do! The ones you spend time on!
It’s no secret that many people value their jobs, spouses, and children. Maybe in your list is a hobby, tv show, or good book author. Many people think they know what their priorities are but they are really confused.
Figure out if you are spending the right amount of time on the things you think are your priorities. If you are not – you my friend, need to figure out why. You can’t finish the year strong if you are spending time on the non-as-important items.
